About Me
My name is Colleen Kinninger and I am a senior at Ball State University. I am a Hospitality and Food Management major, with a minor in Travel and Tourism.
Throughout my life I have strived to help people in a variety of ways. Serving people is one of my biggest passions and I try my best to live each and every day with a service mentality. After spending years experimenting with different methods of serving others, my heart settled on working in the event industry. The ultimate dream I have is combining my service passion with a passion for traveling, hoping one day to work in international events. Throughout course work at college, various internships, and work experience, I have gained skills in a variety of professions in the hospitality industry, enabling me to see the event industry from a variety of angles. I hope to continue to further my skills as I progress in the workforce, hoping one day to reach my end dreams. In the summer of 2015, I will be interning through Stint Ireland at Common Purpose as a Programme Intern. I am so excited to see what the future holds, as I combine my two biggest passions of event planning and traveling. |
